Damaged tea accessories will be refunded or replaced upon approval. We will exchange or refund tea accessories if customers are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
