1. Normal processing takes 4 - 5 days
2. Orders may take between 5 - 7 days for shipping.

• SpiritualiTEAS does not refund, return or exchange the purchase of any loose-leaf tea, tea sachets or custom tea baskets.
• Problems with shipments must be stated within 48 Hours of receipt via email to spiritualiteas@gmail.com 
• Damaged tea accessories will be refunded or replaced upon approval. We will exchange or refund tea accessories if customers are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase.
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​​​​​​​
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• We will issue your return on your original payment method. (Please take into account that time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.)
